Bye to all,
I need to make a unique contour without lifts (i.e. an entrance and an exit) in an agricultural mold whose client sent me the iges
but the problem arises when I ask pwmill to make it variable head. I'll explain better.
1) the head of the spindle (axis) must rotate according to a variable angle that I must set up necessarily to avoid collisions with the mold. i.e. from point to point b must rotate 15° then from point b to point c must rotate up to 45° and from point c to point d must rotate up to 78°.
2) I do not know how to change the postprocessor opt to insert the f feeds and change the axle name (the machine is a special milling machine that has modified and adapted in the house) .
p.s. I have not posted the igs for obvious reasons but if qulacuno of you helps me seriously. I can send it.
the version of pwmill that have is 2012 r2.
