45° cut in inner bending

Good morning to all, does anyone have any solution about it? you can see it in the attached file. there is a fast system to make the grooves on the inner folds, in order to obtain the sheet developed for cutting.

I'm sorry but I haven't installed it yet and I can't open your file.
Could you post images and better explain what the problem is and what your intent?
I don't understand what you mean by grooves on the inner folds; so "ear" it comes to tell me that if you have built correctly with the controls of sheet metal, the grooves (and developments) are done automatically without problems.. but without seeing the file I'm randomly pulling.
You should explain better. .

not in many here still use 2010 (among us mod nobody seems at least). risk of having few answers, so better ipg images (see the "expanded" tree maybe) and clear explanations.

At the moment I thank you, and I hope I can explain you better. as you can see in the bottom end you can see bends inward, if I develop in the plane with the flattened command the program would give me error, because there are two ears that overlap, I ask if there is a fast or more correct system to eliminate this type of error. I've never noticed, but swx doesn't notice the problem... I'll report it to the assistance.

make sure you have not enabled this flagignores self-intersecting checks for certain sheet metal functionsand you did not rehabilitate error messages in system/advanced options. :wink:

to me signals the error, even in the table.

returning to the pz, unfortunately the corner in that context
needs a sheet rectangle to be soldered
after performing bends... physically missing material
that must be added to the counter.
in the part I added the pieces with the classic flange tab system
basic, though sw2010 supports multibody.
in this way in putting on the table I have all the components
united to the main part.

from my personal experience no program finds you automatically
solution to that situation, the sw remove the material in the folds
that adhere to each other once folded.
What you're looking for is an exhaust, so you have to create it.
to do so there are several systems, you must always evaluate from time to time
which will be the best solution considering various aspects including
the changeability of the feature.
I added corner flange1 in your file, with two simple steps you will have

Remember that the plates are "live" objects anything but simple solids.
you are among those lucky ones to which solidworks allows certain work, today,

Would you mind posting pictures, better if you capture directly from the graphic area with the tree you see ("copy" with the key stamp by keyboard and "paste/save" in paint for example)?

I just want to see it "under the car"; I imagine you build these artifacts habitually, it takes an excellently equipped bending machine with series of measuring matrices and especially "sagomate" specially.

as has already written devis, we also have fractioned puppets and matrices.
even for some particular work we prepare laser cutting kits.
I, for the truth, are no longer in the workshop, full-time project with solidworks and in the workshop I go only to see that the pieces drawn
managed as a virtual wreck on PC...:wink:
