_pictureframe does not display the image to video

Good day to all,
are alessandro, new forum user.
I am using rhinoceros 4 and I find a problem regarding the _pictureframe function. When I insert an image, I don't see it. on all four views there is an empty rectangle with a cross. only if I impose a rendered view for each view I can view the image. Do you have any idea how to solve the problem?

the rectangle serves to decide the size of the image you insert (you can not preview the image)do this re-click and the image appears, there should be no difference between the shaded and rendered view setting.
