the municipal administration intends to connect the old town center (via ivrea, via Trieste, via river, via cavour, etc.) with the mercatale area of piazza f. massoglia through a mobile ramp to facilitate access to the square by disabled and elderly people, especially on the days of the weekly markets.
in other days the mobile ramp would facilitate the use of square f. massoglia as a parking area for cars, thus decongesting the parking spaces located in the historic center.
in relation to the location of the intervention at the entrance of the city the proposed solution will have to consider the context of inclusion in the surrounding environment and be in harmony with the current plan of color and urban furniture.
