abaco for single view

Good morning. I have a doubt about the abachi. The abbot normally makes a list of the elements present in the whole project. I would like to create an abacus that takes only the elements present in a view (for example a prospectus). Is that possible? in case how does it work?(I apologize if I disturb again but I need help for work reasons)

...even if there could be a workaround.
make a selection of the objects visible in the view by category (e.g. you want to list only the windows visible in the southern prospectus. in the comment field, or where you prefer, write to e.g. "south" and use this field to filter only those windows in the abacus

Alternatively, you may use dynamo to select items. then you still have to apply a parameter that allows you to filter the elements in the view as mentioned by @tristan
