Good morning to all,
I am struggling with the energy evaluation of a building, and I am using the software of the act. In my case study, I have two floors (terrene and underground) connected to each other, but only the first one is served by the thermal center of the condo (a condensing boiler). I set up the condominium generator that serves the ground floor, while I created a fictitious generator for the underground floor. the problem is that I have created two areas, one heated and one unheated, which will be the subject of calculation. the problem is that having two generators I have to put by force two eodc (matter of calculation), and therefore the program generates two distinct xmls. the subalterno is unique from catasto, so it is obvious that I cannot associate it with 2 distinct ace. I'm just in the first place, but I know it's a pretty widespread problem... what solutions have you found?
