accuracy iges

hello to all
Attached I send 2 images concerning an iges file that I imported....I wanted a confirmation and an explanation.....probably I have the brain in short circuit and I don't understand. .
on the first image if I'm not mistaken the tolerance is the one marked with a circle...
on the second image is the one that gives me pro/e wildfire 5 once imported setting to take the external tolerance.

in the config.pro I have these two entries set:
accuracy_lower_bound = 0.0001
default_abs_accuracy = 0.001
