actions not displayed in dynamic blocks

autocad 2008 Italian.
after editing a dynamic block (insertion of a simple linear stretch parameter), in returning to the design the grips for the use of all dynamic blocks are gone! ! !
in the properties continue to see them and to vary them regularly, but on the design I no longer see them.
I add that, copying in another design the blocks, I see again normally all the grips.
Can someone help me understand what I may have combined unintentionally to have such a disastrous effect, and how to normally use the blocks?

thank you for the answer, ezio, but I think it didn't depend on that.
I believe instead that it depends on the fact that I work with the annotative objects, and that working inside the layout to perform some small modification on the block definitions, on the return in the autocad drawing window modifies the value of the layout scale.
In fact, this morning, adjusting the scale of the layout, I started to "see" the flags of dynamic attributes.
