add a command in the express tools menu

I would like to add to the menu you see in the image, the command deletes duplicates, or overkill how can I do?

command iupers -> customize user interface -> selections acetmain.cuix in "personalizations in main file" -> menu item -> voice express -> choose the menu in which to enter the command -> and finally "transport" the command placed under the "command list" in the above menu
