I mean I would like to appear in the logical tree, in the submenù parameters, with the name I defined and that clicking on it opens the window to define the entity.

in tools\options\infrastructure\partinfrastucture table "visualize" active in " logical tree visualizations" activates the options "vicles, parameters and relationships.

catia calculates its functions only on the rays, so if you define a length parameter, which for you is a diameter, you will first define the dimensional bond from diameter to radius, after which apply a formula of the type "tuo_parameter/2".
