add automatic constraints

I've had a question in my head for a while and I'm putting it on you.

is it possible to insert constraints automatically in some situations? example when placing the points where to make the holes appears the symbol of "horizontal", "vertical", but at practical time then this bond is not present, it should be inserted.

It would be useful to me that once detected it is also present in geometries. Is something wrong with pointing or do I have any unactive options?

this I believe depends on the type of entity that you place; I explain it in a refined way because it is not own knowledge, but deduction: if you have more entity lines, circles, rectangles.. When you draw a new one while you still have the command, you have to touch another entity so that you automatically create a bond.
example:
I have a circle and a tilted line.
I draw a new line, my ghost lines are shown
active command if I touch the circle the clams that are proposed to me are vertical, horizontal and tangent to the circle, but never parallelism to the line; If I touch the tilted line I'm proposed parallelism and never tangency.

thanks for the explanation, however, since while inserting the point entity you can disable the display of geometric (eventual) constraints by pigiando ctrl, perhaps it would be enough for example to press capital to accept the proposed bond at the moment.
