Hello, everyone. I have a set and its parts, all connected to an external file containing global variables. If I change the value of these variables, no problem is met, the files are updated accordingly. but my need is to go to add new variables in the external text file. If I do this, despite the parts and together are linked to the file, the list of variables within each file is not updated with the new added variables, but I must strongly reopen the link as if I had to put a new one. Does anyone know how to make sure that in addition to the value, solidworks update the list of variables present in the external text file? or perhaps other solutions for managing global variables?
