add materials

Hello I am a rather new solidworks user, I have the 2013 version and I was wondering if there is a way to add materials libraries downloaded from the network.
I tried in a lot of manners but I couldn't.

if you talk about rendering materials just create a new location in the material tree

system options > file locations > material database > add select the folder where you placed new materials

and instead to customize the colors, I downloaded the rals for powder coating but I can't view them. .p2m format where should be placed?

from the appearance screen of the featur manager fai changeover then choose the mode Advanced and the card color/image; nella combo path aspect file find the folder where the aspects are usually placed c:\program files\solidworks2013\solidworks\data\graphics\materials\.
other way is to open the bread task and tab spectacular aspects and decals pusher tears his Aspects and choose Open folder... find you where the aspects are saved
