add written sheet pdf 3d

Hello.
with solidworks you can easily export a 3d model within a pdf file to share.
it is possible to add content (type of writings) to that white sheet containing the 3d model.

for example for me it would be useful to indicate the name of the model and any product codes.

do you want to do it directly from solid or via pdf reader?
