I press that I have used the search function but I have not found answer to my problem. I am modeling an ignition candle as one rigid body and I was trying to make a m14*1,25 aesthetic thread. Designed the propeller with its step and designed the simple triangular profile bound, I finally used the feature groove. It presents itself with sweep error, loft or connection... and the excavation that does not resemble a true thread at all. I tried various profiles and the only one that doesn't bother me is circumference but I would like to use the triangle to stick to the real. I await your answer or suggestion, thank you all.

verify that thread pitch and groove width are right. I have the impression that the profile going up intersects the already existing groove and therefore goes into conflict

First of all thanks for the answer, the passage of the propeller is 1.25 mm as the base of the triangle-profile, do I have to vary these dimensions? I've been sticking to the iso profile, wait for your advice, thank you again

the correct step is 1,25 but it is wrapped with the tangences.
try to put the base of the triangle not coincident with the propeller.

mrwolverine, I found the error, in the setting of the groove I left the default setting "keep the corner" instead of setting the right direction of "extrusion".
