I apologize for opening a post like this in a section, most likely wrong... but I have a great urgency to ask you for help.
as already specified in the presentation, my school gave me a license to be able to use rhinoceros 5 and flamingo also at the university and for the occasion I bought a computer paid well 900€. That's the problem. the computer has hardware malfunctions and I need to send it to assistance, reading the asus service information however it was specified to make a backup of the important data and programs in order to recover them.
the point is, alert me and address me to my school, they made themselves available to give me another license, since they can't find the licenses, but I absolutely don't want to waste any more money at my school (also because there is the risk that the computer comes back from the guarantee at the end of my 5th year and if I can't trace the adieu school technician to my beloved license anymore)
I should have found both the rhino and flamingo license code (from both settings) and the program header (my high school).
Should I install the program again, would I be enough to recover the licenses? (I don't know the license email. . )
