alignment text in table

Bye to all,
I'm creating a parametric chart, I created a table and I'm inserting the parameters.
I would like to know if there is a way to control the alignment inside the table fields, if I imposed the vertical alignment below, the text comes practically on the edge of the cell, I would need a little higher, as much as enough not to attack the text at the edge of the cell.
If I train in the center, it's not good.

I attached an image to make the idea.

Thank you all.

Select the cell and choose properties... text style... and change in note/quota box
the horizontal and vertical box options.

Obviously you can't do more than much, so maybe you should split the box in multiple boxes in this way by acting on the size of the cells and on the alignment of the individual parameters and/or descriptions you can practically do what you want.

I confirm the answer!
I also had the same problem but with side alignment.
I created a fake 1 mm wide cell and then I erased the edges.
the result is that the text seems to start exactly 1 mm from the side edge actually is practically glued to the edge of the cell that contains it (which I deleted) and instead that millimeter that you see is nothing but the previous cell.
not very refined but definitely effective!

I thought about it too, but I thought it was a solution only to be adopted in extreme case:

tomorrow I will start adopting it:

for horizontal alignment keep in mind also, that if before &parameter we leave an empty space the text moves to right of a character.
