allplan levels

hello to all are a new user. .
I had a little problem to expose you, let's say more mine than allplan.
I create two levels roof one by the other, when I go to insert the cover coat in the highest level, having a 50 cm protrusion, step over the lowest level, and then in turn the cover coat goes to position on the lower level... what is the simplest solution. .

I solved, transfer the second level to another picture, of course along with the walls, eliminate the walls that are not in the level is the game is made... Thanks
