the new law “crescilombardia” previews first of all the increase to 50% of the energy quota from renewable sources by 2020 and the construction of new energy buildings almost zero already from 2015, with 5 years in advance regarding the obligation provided by the directive ue 2010/31.
Low-environmental geothermal systems and renewable energy will be favoured by measures that will simplify the installation, even in the perspective of relaunching the building, both for the new constructions, and for the renovation and enhancement of the already existing.
abolished the obligation to maintain the shape of buildings in case of renovation and demolition, the energy class will benefit, as well as the social and architectural context
