alternative to v-ray

Hello everyone

any of you can recommend a free alternative (or free for students) to v-ray for rhino5? would it be possible to create everything with rhino and finally to straighten with 4d cinema?

I'm not very addicted to renderings but I had tried keyshot that even with rhino files it was fine, although maybe not at vray levels.
