Hello everyone, my name is stefano, I am a mechanical ing just in writing. I am learning for work to use catia, and being passionate about valve amps I decided to create an innovative frame made for rapid prototyping. Obviously the prototype must be functional, i.e. fulfill its function for years, without discoloration, deformations and losses of mechanical performance. not having experience of this sector, I ask you lumens on the technique to use. I was directed on sintering powder sls, and a company advised me to use nylon loaded glass, although I had addressed myself on nylon loaded aluminum (the price is about equal). What do you recommend? all then will be painted because aesthetics is fundamental. I'll try to post a photo, see if I can. I don’t know if you can ask, but do you know companies that make prototypes from the excellent value for money? the prototype is 400 mm tall, 300 deep, 150 wide. wall thickness is about 10mm. for a sls piece in nylon loaded glass they looked for me 1250 + iva, including painting. How do you feel this figure? Thank you in advance
