Hello everyone,

I have a bison of a help for a problem that I don't come to terms with.. .

I have a discial structure with a mass in the center, bound to the sides and subjected to variable vibrations over time....

How can I understand in advance what will be the amplitude of oscillations to vary the frequency? I don't think a modal analysis is right because I only get the resonance frequency... So how to do it? what type of analysis do you use?

Thank you very much!!!:finger::finger:

You have to do a frequency response analysis, typically a harmonic response analysis. I see you use catia, you need the fem generative dynamic analysis package or another fem able to manage dynamic analysis not particularly pushed.
