I would need to know the prediction of life (n° of cycles) of a hard-pressed pin before the hole seat gets out and the pin takes play.
what software is indicated for such a calculation?
for some pious soul that can help me and possibly give me the result I attach description for the calculation:
holder is a plate in fe37b thickness 18 mm with hole diam 12 h7
the diam 12 h7 pin is inserted in all thickness 18 and exits on one side, where at a distance of 13.5 mm from the support plane an oscillating load perpendicular to the axis of the pin is applied.
the load is ±1500 n oscillating with 2/sec frequency.
