annotations in sketches, how to insert them?

I often want to insert notes written in sketches of project of parts and assemblies. for example if such line represents such border or such projection etc... at the end I always use the text tool that I find in the sketch tools, but I'm doubtful that it's not to pin anything, but to draw just a writing to extrude or cut, resulting in file weighting.
to me it would be convenient that the writing is adherent to the line that I want to qualify and follow the perspective, also because, having all the annotations that instead resize and change perspective to the wheel of the model is a real mess.
is it possible to find a more efficient solution of "text"?

in fact it is a sketch for a feature, generally engravings or reliefs as for the plates of the machines for example

but the annotation notes must be inserted necessarily outside the sketch? And when I open the sketch, they don't see each other anymore, but I want them to be related to sketch entities.

a bit of initiative. with the open sketch try to insert the note of annotation.
However if you insert the note out of the sketch you see even when you are inside the sketch.
for me you are misusing the program; sketches must contain entities necessary for the execution of the function, nothing else. plus a sketch is complicated plus the file weighs and needs long times for processing. notes are inserted in the drawings; if necessary you make a sketch of layout to drive other sketches and make the model more parametric

doing some evidence there are only these two solutions:
- sketch text, which is what you use, binding on the interested entities
- annotations to be placed on a preset view to turn off according to the needs.

Okay, thank you. I don't know what conditions I tried today when I couldn't put notes inside the sketches. I always do. Obviously it is in the sketches of layout that I need to put notes, especially when these sketches are used by more designers who have no idea what a certain line of the layout is.
Now I'd like to understand something, when you say I can put a record "on a view" what do you mean? Are not the views related to everything?
if I create a view to and maybe hid the annotations, these remain hidden even when I pass to the view b. I did not understand

the term view cannot use it to indicate sketches!
