annoying handling of parts and assemblies, solidworks 2015

Hello everyone, I tried to find something about it but I didn't find anything.

with solidworks version < 2015 handling had no problems... each part and together rotated without constraints some in space.
with solidworks 2015 must have introduced something that blocks and binds rotation and is really but really annoying and not practical.

Is there any stratagem or is there any option that goes to eliminate this annoying inconvenience?

test with the right button on the concentric bond and then select "slow rotation".
if the concentric ball appears full, then the rotation of the constraint will be blocked.

apart from switching to the 2014 or previous version?
What does that mean? first a pin rotated and now it doesn't? if it is so verified that rotation is not blocked in concentric couplings.
meanwhile you see it from the icon that is represented with a filling then right-clicking on the slice and selecting unlocks rotation

I have explained badly, I do not mean rotation or movement of the part regarding plans and origins or other parts.. but precisely the visualization. when I move my sight. It's like there's a maximum angle and a minimum angle.

while in the versions prior to 2015 I could rotate in complete and continuous...with 2015 I have these "windows" so to speak.

check if you have rigid/flexible subaxis.
check if system options > together > tick on moving components by dragging

What do you mean by rigid/flexible?
in the specific I have a set consisting of three parts bound on the faces in contact, concentric (they are two round flanges and a tube). the first part I've put on I've bound it to the front, upper and dx plans of my set.

I tried but does not accept the file as valid attachment.

with the arrow keys the rotation happens correctly.
there are two "currious" things:
1) in the drawings on the table if I rotate the views through the "dynamic view 3d" function the problem is not there.
2) a colleague of mine has the same version of sw2015 installed on two different machines and in one face like mine, in the other instead the problem does not arise. tried to compare the settings but failed to solve.

Don't worry. the advice I can give you is that sometimes the solution is easier than you believe and the right-click menu is a tangible proof.
