another patch for st2

have released another patch for the Italian version of st2

di nulla, di solito controllo una volta al giorno se ci son novità... comunque il readme dice questo.

this patch addresses some issues that are specific to the italian version of solid edge st2:

pr 1763074 - italian version: some button are missing into part list properties.
pr 1770813 - annotation's pulldown is grayed out.
pr 6199186 - truncation and overlap in simulation page in se options.
pr 1773725 - images in sweep options are reversed in italian st2.
pr 6239772 - truncated string in the action handle for the hole command

with st3 has nothing to do with, it only serves to fix Italian language bugs in draft
