ansys closes instead of solving the structure

Hello everyone,

if someone knows how to answer me I would like to know why when I have to solve or check the model (with check) ansys automatically closes without reporting errors.

the fact that there was no continuity between the areas I had guessed it and I fixed it immediately.
But now I don't know how I could proceed to have a good mesh.
on the one hand making a type of automatic mesh specifying only the size with lesize (equal to the middle of the smaller size of the structure) I get a high number of warnings, but the structure is resolved.
If instead I try to use a mesh mapd or quadrangular elements the program gives me a mistake on the shape of the areas that I don't know if I can adjust manually.

What do you recommend?
