apertura part (error)

Hello everyone,
I cannot understand the nature of this type of error:
When I try to open a part, the screen appears to me "prospect errors" with the written "Invalid application level" so I do not open the part.
Now, the description to this type of error seems to exist nowhere, I would like to understand that it is and if possible to find a solution.
I press that others leave open them quietly.

simple you are trying to open a file, saved with a newer version of what you have on your machine.
for example: the file was last saved with cv5r22 and you are trying to open it with cv5r21
