hi to all, a clarification: in the ".iam" environment using the command "view in semisection" from the "looking" menu, I can not see as dissected some elements that I have uploaded from the bookcase (cuscinetti, tubes, etc.). it seems to me to remember there was the possibility to intervene on the properties of the objects, but I do not remember from which menu to access it. the two factors are related.
in practice depending on how the option of the portion to be dissected, on the table, during a section or a split view, the option is set by default on "sezionable" or "non-sectionable". This means that non-selectable parts can still be dissected at the table, selecting them from the browser or setting them as a priority "select part" (I don't have inventor on this pc so I can't post the image of the icon) located at the top of the title bar. Then click the dx button and the drop-down menu, under the "section" item choose "all".
If you want the part to be dissected always, you have to open the part and go to "document settings", I think there is a tab with "modelling" and you have to find the option "participation in the section" where you will have to put a check. and that part will always be dissected.
However, if they are part of the library, you will have to "unlock" the condition of unmodification by moving the part to change in a project path that does not have this restriction before opening it and then go back to where it was. If you want to do it for all parts of a certain library family you would want to replace the family model.

Note: the components created by the content center are not split by default. select the box select all parts in the tab together with application options to dissect the parts of the content center. click on tool tab

All right, I know the command, I was interested in understanding what you do after setting the priority in "select priority part". The two commands don't seem to me related.
