how can I avoid replicating the single 500volte tile by creating a very heavy and unmanageable file
I tried using the reference set facet but I always feel heavy, where am I wrong?

starts making a simplified tile.
If you want an assembly, you don't have many other options. . Otherwise, you could try a face pattern.
if it is heavy as graphics changes the display parameters.

the tile goes "defeaturized": the fittings and all the small features that do not give value to the shape of the model.
the important parameters are those that I bring you back to the figures.
ps: very important to carry out the refile of the parts with the correct lightweight parameters (see the parameter of the refile "-mc_dont_load_referenced_geometry".
