hello to all;

I find myself in the need to apply a .bmp image to a curved surface (to tell us a metal ring to which I have to apply a sticker); I just don't know how to bind this image; Since it is currently rectangular and I still have to bend it and then apply it later.. .:confused:

I have already tried to apply the above image to a sheet panel.ipt, simply creating a sketch on the flat surface of the panel and importing it via the "image" command and the result was good...only that I do not know how to proceed to enter it on a sheet ring.. .

Could someone give me some advice?

thanks in advance :smile:

see if in inventor there is the concept of "cylindrical mapping", similarly to autocad materials applied to curved objects.. .
