areas per local definition

I often happen to insert the local label with the identification of the area for the balconies and then to have to build the perimeter of the balcony with blue dotted lines of definition of the area.

but are these lines generally enclosed?

I always hide them from the sight and sometimes it happens that they move by generating inaccuracies in the definition of the area, I must perch block them once drawn.

Yes, these lines can be blocked on the reference planes, or can be blocked with a line size to another object.
