Hello everyone
I'm rendering a house for an architect.

to do so use autocad 2010 and artlantis
I made the model and it is ok, the problem lies in the objects used to create the surface of the land surrounding the house, which are recognized by artlantis

practically being the land nn constant I used autocad mesh to create the surface and when I brought everything in artlantis I had the big surprise!

You know how to help me? I tried to convert them into surfaces, but she recognizes them

I'm sorry, I wouldn't even use autocad at the cost of drawing by hand... So I wouldn't know

Hello everyone I am new to the forum, I also have the same problem or I modeled in autocad 2010 the house ponce of the architect mathias klotz with its steep slope using the mesh and now I would like to export everything on artlantis to render but obviously not display them. I also tried with the lisp m2s but when I go to select the mesh to convert to solid I get out the message "this is not a polygonal mesh". I press that the mesh I created are coons or mesh edge surfaces in autocad created from four lines or curves. I really hope someone can help me. I thank in advance whoever could help me. thanks and congratulations again for the forum, really very clear and useful.

Hi, I'm new and even if the subject is old maybe it's for others.. .

...to pass from autocad to artlantis

go to the file_export menu

and saved as dwf 3d (.dwf) and so usually I could always read the mesh made on autocad.

I'm sorry, I wouldn't even use artlantis at the cost of coloring everything by hand...

using archicad instead artlantis has remarkable advantages, unless you have to make it with a perfect photorealism. allows to import the files directly from achicad, with the possibility to send them back on archicad to make changes without losing work done on artlantis, has excellent processing times, the results are however of excellent level, and moreover allows to save the renders in photoshop format, with the differentiated levels for material, for photomontages in record time.
