Hello, everyone.
in need to facilitate and standardize assembly instructions, assembly and testing of our products I tried to use the old "assembly for process plan" to better organize documentation to support the factory.

but I must say that, having no more developed ptc this application (maybe in favor of other sw that we do not have ) I did not find a simple and effective way of using the assemblies already ready to create, in a way at least "self-automatic", the documentation I need.

how do you create assembly documentation and tests to be used in the factory?
Thank you very much

Bye-bye.
It's a requirement that sometimes happens to me, and in these cases I give up with the simplified representations. method a little laborious, but ... effective. However, I am ready to take new paths to improve the method of developing the necessary documentation. I must admit I have never used "assembly for process plan". I also thank in advance who will give us useful advice.

I also combine simplified representations and explosions for various assembly steps.
Since the representations have the very useful "representation" option, I can program the steps of assembly on the individual groups, and then call them back to all the assemblies where the various subassis are assembled.
unique "menata" where the "process for assembly" is still a step forward, it is when you have logical and non-functional groups, they must be recreated a bit every time.
