assign a "cold" data link from excel

I press that with the vba of excel I started to work for me just fine.. with the vba commands of autocad instead little nothing. .
the problem is the object of the discussion, i.e. how to set the variables of a data connection (cold command) starting from data taken by excel, giving commands in vba.

My question is: I created a data link of a table from a 2010 mechanical autocad file to excel 2010; if I change the content of the file in excel ,riesco to update the link in autocad, while vice versa not. can you change the contents of the table in autocad and update it in excel? the size of the rows and columns I would like to leave them unchanged, as in autocad I need a format while in excel another, while the content equals.
