assign a color to all elements of a xrif

boys, if you direct me to something already ready or to some autocad command (2011 or 2014) that I discard, I will propose you for the nobel.
I dream of a command that assigns to all the elements present in a dwg, which load as x-rif (points, lines, texts, quotas, etc... with different layers and colors) in a new design, the color I want.
In this way I would get, for example bringing the x-rif on a very light grey or on a bright red, a uniform background on which to draw new elements.

make a rigen so that these types of objects are changed, if the color does not change means that it is not dalayer.
Moreover it is possible to modify only the properties of the layers (in this case the color), direct changes would be poured also in the dwg of origin.
If you just need to be able to transform the external reference into monochrome (more or less foamed) you can insert it as dgn.

That's the point, I would have liked... transform the whole xrif into my design, but without changing it to the origin... What a dream! Thanks anyway, the attached lisp is already a good base
