assign fiber direction +/-45°

are at first arms with ansys v.12. I have to perform the modal analysis on a sandwich structure in plywood+vetroresin (direction fiber +/-45°)+vetroresin (direction fiber 0°). I wanted to know how to assign the characteristics to fiberglass only in the directions I need.
then I would also like to understand how to make the modal analysis return both the values of the movements (u,v and w, the arrows to understand) that the deformations (from the output result I put "yes" to the voice "calculate strain" but it seems did not work; I don't know where they see each other.

if it is so you have to do:
general postproc
plot results
contour plot
nodal solu
