In practice I am modeling a set, with very irregular curves, so also surfaces etc. since these elements are coupled with each other I need the geometry to be associated. in the sense that if I change a part it must change the other also accordingly. I tried to create this connection with "project element 3d", creating the yellow line, but it does not work.
or, I change the part "father" but the son does not follow the mode.
with other programs such as I create, this thing managed perfectly.
Do I miss anything?

you can copy curves or surfaces from a file to and paste them with connection to the b file (better if published). when you change the file as a result you also change the b. you can also make copying together but this also puts the context in the middle and is a more complicated thing.

Now I try to explain the case better:
I have a birth and a childbirth, both in the same together, the childbirth has a geometry, the part b has a form similar to childbirth. so I do the sketch in b and project element 3d (for example a face of a) buy the yellow line, and I perform my extrusion for example. It happens to me that if I change the childbirth, the child does not change.

Hello everyone,

Once part a is associated with the b, catia does not allow me to bind the two parts for example with a bond of "co incidence".
the software gives me error: "loop between geometry and constraints."

is it possible to bind the two parties or once associated it is no longer possible to do so?
