I already have other blocks where the text is repositioned depending on the length of the line, but I don't understand why I can't do the same with an attribute.
in the block there is already a quota that aligns and changes without problems.
I tried both to put it and to remove it from the group of selection of the stretching, but I do not find solution.
Can anyone help me?

Unfortunately nothing... as you see also in your attachment, at that point the text moves, but does not center in the total length.

to center the text of the quota of my first attachment, I select all the quota in the group of objects, and then with the command removes, only the text of the quota.
In this way, the points (wins, I don't know how to call them) of the quota are drawn and consequently the quota changes the value and the text remains centered. . .
I don't know if I explained....but with your updated block the texts move more towards dx.
