I would like to change the name that is written, however, for example, does not match the name of the computer, so I do not know where else to look. .

It's the value you find in the summary table.
this value is derived from the owner name of windows.
all file types have this voice, it is not a prerogative of solidworks; some also report it in the properties of the file (file ownership> tab details), but you can't change them.
so it is something to do with windows and most likely the log file.
If you want to change it you have to do it anyway by hand so much it is worth creating a suitable property
