Good evening to all, I am a new user of this interesting community.
I have for several years, a copy of autocad 2000 that I use daily for the performance of my work or of which I am fully satisfied.
a few days ago, the notebook on which the same autocad 2000 is installed, broke; consequently, I went to a store near my house to buy a new one. the salesman, explaining to me the qualities of the hardware of my interest, did not know how to answer me if on that machine that is equipped with the new window 7 operating system, it would have been able to operate properly also autocad 2000.
Moreover, I would like to know if there is someone who knows how to tell me if otherwise, even the latest versions of autocad (eg the last 2010), have problems with installation on this new operating system.
If it didn't work even in 2010, I would like to have information on other 3d drawing programs existing on the market, perhaps less expensive.
thanking for the attention I wish everyone a good 2010
