autocad 2010 does not open after installation

hi to all I am new of the forum and I hope to have posted this request in the right category: I just installed cad 2010-tutorial on windows xp...during the installation went all smooth, but I do not open the program. I tried to erase the 2007 version I used before but nothing changed. What do I do? I don't think it's a problem of uncoupling my operating system, I've installed other 3d modeling programs such as rhino and so but I've never seen this kind of problem.

autocad 2010-tutorial? what do you mean?
if you have installed the program (and not some simple tutorials), from any error message?

I downloaded it directly from the site...it's the normal version but you can use it as a tutorial by putting in all 0 codes (it explains it during installation). ..however is that beautiful, I do not miss an error notice....pfffff.... help!!! ! !

First of all what you downloaded is not a tutorial but a trial version, or after 30 days from the installation you have to activate it with a code to make it work, also you have been careful to download and install the correct version for your s.o.?

Hell you are perfectly right, sorry for the error was trial and not tutorial. However on the site of the autodesk makes you download only one version and does not make you choose the most suitable one for your s.o....ablio absolute!! !

Consider that there are two versions to download autocad from the autodesk.
on the Italian autodesk website
http://www.autodesk.it/adsk/servlet/mform?siteid=457036&id=13131970&validate=nothe downloadable version is only the 32bit version.
instead, on the American website
http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/oc/offer/form?siteid=123112&id=12672865there are both versions (32bit and 64bit).

If you found one version then you downloaded that to 32bit. Now, is your operating system 32bit or 64bit?
