This is my problem: autocad crashes when booting with a particular file, I tried on two different pcs and I also tried with the bak file, but nothing... I'm pretty desperate... Thank you very much to anyone who can give me advice

Hello! is it a file with external references connected? Have you tried with recovery? (file-> design-> recovery utility. . . )

now the problem has changed, autocad crashes when booting with any file, it actually crashes even if I open it without any file, both on the laptop and on the fixed... What a strange thing... What could be?

Could it be some viruses I don't know? because I tried to open the same file on two pcs, since then they both blocked.. .

It is also possible that it was some windows update of the framework that sent the software to tilt.

on what operating system did you install it? 32 or 64 bits? Have you tried repair or reinstallation? Is it an original autocad?

the problem is a virus, it's called acad.lsp I noticed because this file appeared in all the folders where I saved the drawings... Now I just have to figure out how to eliminate it since autocad doesn't start right:/
