autocad 2013 cloud manager

hello to all
after creating an account on 360.autodesk, I try to save copies of dwg files on the latter following the "Save Design in Cloud" procedure; but in the end I do not see any files from me saved, indeed I have seen that these dwg are saved in c:\.
I press that at the start of autocad 2013 a notice tells me "impossible to start correctly the app accloudmanager.exe"; can it depend on this?
Can you give me advice on how to solve this?
