in a design I don't know why when I use construction lines that intersect normal lines I don't find after the intersection. I have done everything overkill flatten...etc nothing

Did you verify that the snap is active?
Mechanical has multiple snap configurations verify that what you use is set well.

He just doesn't find it.
Put the units to 8 decimals and you will see that the block is not z0. then explode the block and you will see that no line has the same plan z.

I do not know the flatten command, which seems to me to be part of the expresstools, but perhaps it is sensitive to the decimals set.
ie, if you have three decimal flatten corrects all entities that are >0,00x but not those at <0,000x.
make some evidence and let us know
