autocad block 2010 with orbital function

Hello, everyone.
last night my brother used autocad 2010 and while he was drawing he used the orbital function, and in placing the object, suddenly the program stopped working he was totally blocked without any error.

Could you give me some advice on this? I press that yesterday I installed the patch downloaded from the autodesk site and applied it to the program.

Do I have to change some settings?

reopens and works everything. If I return to the orbit, then the other nn functions I tried if they work for now only on the orbit does this bad advice?
