autocad crashes

Hello I am new to this site and so I do not know yet move and consequently I do not know if this question has already been asked! but I am in crisis!! I have a macbook pro so I know for sure that the problem is not the pc! use recently (pochissimo) autocad being a new enrolled architecture but every time I proceed to create a " new dimension style" autocad I crash!! and it freezes completely! how do I solve this problem?! I tried to uninstall it and install it again by inserting a new key but nothing! always the same problem! to like help me!

Is that autocad? mounted the service pack?

cracked software? no alpitour? ahi ahi ahi!!
