autocad does not reinstall as a result of uninstallation

hi to all I have a problem with the installation of autocad..tempo ago I installed autocad 2011, lately it gave me problems and I decided to uninstall it and reinstall it, the problem is that when I reinstall it at the time to put the spuns on the products to install me from what autocad is already installed, I already tried to delete all the folders related to autocad, I deleted the strings in the registry system and tried
