hello to all
I realized a helical scale and I would need to obtain from the 3d the development of the Cosmics for cutting.
Can you tell me how to do this?

If you have built the staircase by helping yourself with the propeller's coma, you just need to extrude the propeller down to the same height that will have the conscientious, then place it at the desired height. you will then have a helical surface to which to apply the face offset in the menu' surfaces.

hello tristus and thanks for the answer. My problem is not construction, in fact I did a propeller and with the sweep command I extruded it. Now in practice I have an element in 3d, of which I should get the development for cutting. I mean, basically, I should put it on the floor. Is there any way you can do this?
