autocad lt activation problem in license control

hello to all :wink: I have a problem in the activation of the autocad product lt ...
When I enter the serial number, the following error windows appear to me (error_01 and error_02) in the license verification phase, does anyone have any ideas?

If I proceed by clicking on it to both windows I find myself as in the error_03 figure ... remains "fruitful" and does not go any further (do not crash my pc) ... I tried to contact the autodesk support but can not help me in a concrete way, sending me to different web pages with their guide.

Answer the support you couldn't solve the problem. if you enter the licenses merit and activation of the software I do not believe that we can help you more than once

I got around the script problem by starting the program acadlt.exe from explore resources and not from the desktop link.
